Owner of Blue Ribbon Tack and Sapphire Stable, Sara Yates, has over 20 years of experience in the horse world as an owner, showman, trainer and instructor. She has shown her Registered Morgan horses in Saddleseat events and teaches both Saddleseat and Hunt seat.
She is also on the board of directors for Maine Horse Association.
After purchasing the property from her father in 2006, Sara's lifelong dream of opening her own tack shop was realized.

We stock just about anything you may need for your horse and for yourself, whether you are new to the horse world or have been involved in the sport for years. There are used saddles for sale as well as well as day to day horse products like shampoo, new halters, and treats.
